Frank Coleman, President
Frank began his career in the Home Improvement industry
in 1976. He and his wife Jill established Coleman Home
Improvements in 1983 followed by Incorporation and the birth of
Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. in 1989. His growing sense for the need
of quality, affordable home improvements, his determination,
creativity and hands on approach have proved very successful.
His creative and functional designs have enabled countless
homeowners to realize their construction goals.
Jill Coleman, Operations Manager/Vice
President of Sales
Jill has been tending to the needs of clients since
1983. Her organizational and operational skills, attention to
detail and desire for excellence in all company relationships
have brought Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. to the highest level in
customer service and satisfaction. Jill manages the
Coleman-Laurienzo Sales Team and oversees all Sales, Service,
Marketing and Accounting Operations.

Brad Laurienzo, Vice
President/Construction Manager
Brad began his construction partnership with Frank
Coleman in 1985. His great enthusiasm and drive for
excellence have helped to build Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc.
into a strong force in the Home Improvement business.
His strong ties to family, his easy-going nature and his
gifted leadership skills have solidified Trade
Contractor transactions as well as Contractor/Client
relationships. Brad is Project Manager for all Southern
Montgomery County projects and he oversees and
coordinates all Field operations. |

Sean Young, Field Production
Supervisor
Sean has been a powerful “jack of all trades” for over
11 years propelling Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. into many areas that
would otherwise be unreachable. His superior knowledge of what
needs to be done and the ability to accomplish it himself is an
invaluable asset to the ongoing success of Coleman-Laurienzo,
Inc. Sean is Project Manager for all Northern Montgomery County
projects. |

Kevin Coleman, Sales/Project
Management
Kevin decided to join his parents in the construction
field in 2002 after spending several years in the industry
working for some of their Trade Contractors and gaining the
experience he needed to take on even greater responsibilities.
Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. has benefited from his strong
personality and his natural ability
to deal with people and to “bring in the sale” as well as his
unique problem solving capabilities and attention to detail as a
successful Project Manager. |

Randy Williams, Field Production
Randy joined Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. in 2006 but his
partnership began with them long before that as one of
their top Trade Contractors providing many services to
Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. in such areas as siding, trim,
deck construction and many other areas. He has excelled
in all projects he has taken on and his flexibility and
multiple and varied skills have been a huge benefit to
Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. and have aided in their
continued growth. |

Angela Coleman, Financial Administrator
Angela joined Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. in early 2007 to
continue her career in accounting and business. She
heads the Human Resource Department and offers Admin
support to the President and Vice-President. Her superb
ability to multitask and her attention to detail keep
Coleman-Laurienzo, Inc. running smoothly. |
